Janice Phelps Williams has been involved in publishing and art for twenty years. In 1998 she began a book design and editing company and over 16 years brought more than 250 books to publication for various authors and publishers. Additionally, she founded a small publishing company in 2000 and for twelve years launched the publication of many talented writers.

Janice began devoting her creative efforts to painting, writing, and illustrating, fulltime in 2014.
